Spray 9″ baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer ingredients in this order:
1 can fat free refried beans
8 ounces low-fat sour cream
1 can black beans
6-8 ounces salsa
1 cup low fat cheddar cheese
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with Baked tortilla chips.

3 navel oranges, peeled
1 banana, peeled and frozen
12 strawberries, frozen
1/2 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
Handful ice cubes
1/4 cup low-fat milk
Put all items in blender, oranges first. Blend until frothy.
Can freeze and thaw to slushy consistency.

A Pannkaka is an old fashioned, Swedish breakfast treat similar to a pancake. This one is made with apples, but you could make it with nothing added or add nuts, raisins, etc to it before baking. It is good served with lite syrup or jelly.
4-5 Granny Smith apples
Brown sugar (2-4 Tablespoons)

2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup dry milk
Mix all together and store in an air-tight container.
To serve: measure desired amount of oatmeal into
bowls. Slowly add boiling water until desired
consistency. Let it set for a minute or two before
eating.
