Coleslaw
My Favorite Healthy Coleslaw
Finding a healthy and delicious coleslaw recipe is hard! This is a recipe I found a couple of years ago. I’ve had fun making it and feeling guilt-free about eating it! (Hint: the trick is adding the sour cream – it makes the texture and flavor great!)
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
1 salt
1 teaspoon Splenda
2 stalks green onion
1/2 head cabbage and 2 carrots, shredded
OR
1 package coleslaw
Mix dressing ingredients together well. Toss with cabbage or coleslaw mix and chill.
