Simple Savoury Pork Roast
Need a quick and delicious main dish for dinner tonight? This pork roast leaves no dirty dishes (except 1 pan) by mixing all the ingredients in a zip-lock bag! I had it this past weekend and it’s great!
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh rosemary OR 1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 pound boneless pork loin roast
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large, resealable plastic bag, mix rosemary, garlic salt, thyme, and pepper. Place pork roast in bag, seal, and toss until thoroughly coated with herb mixture.
Transfer to a medium-sized baking dish. Cook pork roast for about 1 hour in oven or until it reaches an internal temperature of 170 degrees.
