Frozen Pickles
2 quarts sliced cucumbers
1 small onion chopped
2 teaspoons plain salt
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar
Put salt, onion and cucumbers together and set two hours. Drain, add apple cider vinegar and sugar. Stir and put in freezer.
