I also asked my mom to share her Thanksgiving Cornbread Dressing recipe with me. Here in the South, it’s Cornbread Dressing, NOT STUFFING!

6 sweet potatoes
3 tablespoons light butter
1/4 cup Splenda
1/4 cup brown sugar + extra for the top
