I buy chicken in large quantities and ask the butcher to cut the chicken in strips for me. Then, when I bring the large quantity of chicken strips home I will divide it into two to three batches and marinate each batch in a different marinade or dressing. A couple of hours later, I grill up the chicken, batch after batch, in my George Forman and place enough for 1 meal each into freezer ziplocks. Into the freezer the bags go, ready for exactly one meal of stir-fry, fajitas, wraps, chicken salad, etc. And, since it’s already cooked, I have way less dishes!
