1 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 cup. Basil
1 medium Jalepeno Pepper
1 small Tomato (Diced)
1 tablespoon Red & Yellow Bell Pepper
1 tablespoon Onions
Blend garden veggies until it becomes a paste. Saute for one minute; don’t overcook.
Microwave broth for 1-1/2 minutes (or until warm, not hot).
In a small soup bowl or cup, mix veggies in broth.
Serve with a peanut butter & natural honey sandwich on whole wheat!
