Hawaiian Cheese Ball

2 – 8oz packages fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 – 8.5oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1 – cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 – cup chopped green pepper
1 tbsp – chopped onions
1 tbsp – seasoned salt
1/2 – cup chopped pecans

 

Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Shape into 1 large ball or 2 smaller balls. Roll cheese ball(s) in 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Yield: 1 cheese ball
