1 1/2 cups reduced fat milk
3/4 cup fat free half and half
3/4 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl or pitcher.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
