I first saw today’s recipe on Accent Health TV while waiting in a physicians office during my job duties. I went home with a taste for the recipe I saw and modified it a little to fit my tastes. Enjoy!
1 1/4 cups (10 ounces) dark chocolate, chopped (I used a 71% cacao dark chocolate bar)
3 tablespoons dried cranberries
3 tablespoons pecans, chopped
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
Melt chocolate bar in microwave or over double boiler. Mix in all other ingredients once chocolate is melted.
Dip treats out in small balls onto waxed paper. Allow to dry in refrigerator until set.
