Spray 9″ baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer ingredients in this order:
1 can fat free refried beans
8 ounces low-fat sour cream
1 can black beans
6-8 ounces salsa
1 cup low fat cheddar cheese
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with Baked tortilla chips.
Works well to make ahead of time, refrigerate, and bake just before serving.
