Like most college students, my husband and I are on a budget. As a dietitian, I’m always looking for healthy options! Yesterday I was searching for a budget-friendly healthy finger food and happed upon these cookies, which I modified slightly. They were delicious and included healthy ingredients such as oats, raisins, and honey. I think they would taste great made with whole wheat flour as well. While these are not necessarily “low calorie” cookies, they are more natural and healthy than a normal processed cookie. Enjoy!
