Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Burritos

1 pkg Whole Wheat Tortillas
8 oz low-fat Cream Cheese, softened
2 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar for Baking
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped Walnuts
1/4 cup Raisins
About 1/2 thinly sliced apple per burrito

Blend together cream cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon, walnuts, and raisins in a medium bowl. Place a tortilla between 2 moist paper towels and microwave for 15-30 seconds. Spread 1-2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture evenly over warm tortilla and top with thin layer of apples. Roll tortilla up from the bottom. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Keep covered in refrigerator up to one week.
