A Pannkaka is an old fashioned, Swedish breakfast treat similar to a pancake. This one is made with apples, but you could make it with nothing added or add nuts, raisins, etc to it before baking. It is good served with lite syrup or jelly.
4-5 Granny Smith apples
Brown sugar (2-4 Tablespoons)
Cinnamon (1/4-1/2 teaspoon)
2 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel and slice apples and place in bottom of greased pan. You can either use a 9 X 13 inch baking dish or a 10 inch iron skillet. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over apples.0
Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over apples. Bake for about 20-30 minutes or until done in center.
