Black Bean Fajitas

4 cups cooked black beans
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper, each, to taste
1/4-1/2 cup water
1 12 ounce bag frozen peppers and onions
1 bag 12 wheat tortillas
1 12 ounce bag frozen corn

Place the black beans, tomatoes with green chilis, cumin, salt and pepper into blender. Blend until smooth. Add 1/4-1/2 cup of water if needed to blend.

Meanwhile, saute the peppers and onions with some salt and pepper.

Warm the tortillas in the microwave with a paper towel covering them. Place black beans onto the tortilla and top with peppers and onions.

Cook the frozen corn as directed on package instructions. Serve Black Bean Fajitas with Corn.
