With school beginning again it’s important that we eat foods that will improve our brain functioning. Research shows that eating plenty of fruits and vegetables every day provides important chemicals to keep our brain healthy and strong. Recommendations are for us to eat 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables each day and that those fruits and vegetables should be all different colors so we’ll get in all the “subgroups” of these foods.
