Here’s an easy way to make deviled eggs (perfect for fourth of July) that my aunt Marilyn Lambert sent me: Put cooked egg yolks in a zip-lock bag. Seal, mash until they are all broken up. Add remainder of ingredients (whatever your favorite recipe is), reseal, keep mashing it up, mixing thoroughly. Cut the corner tip of the baggy, squeeze mixture into eggs. Just throw away the bag when done for easy clean-up.
