Crustless Apple Pie

Crustless Apple Pie

1 Egg
1 cup Sugar
1 cup diced Apples
1/2 cup Pecans
3/4 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Spread into well-greased pie plate and sprinkle with about 1 tsp water. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve with ice cream or cool whip, if desired.
Substitution suggestions: to decrease calories, you can substitute Splenda or Splenda for Baking for all or part of the sugar used in this recipe.
