I love diet coke! If you know me well at all, this fact is no surprise to you! 🙂 Recently, however, I’ve been doing some research into my diet coke drinking habit, which probably borders on an addiction. Is diet soda better for me than regular? If it’s fine, how much is OK? I have a tendency to drink probably 4-5 times as much diet soda as I would if I were to drink regular soda, just because it’s “diet” and I think it’s OK to do so.
So, I haven’t given up all my diet coke yet, but I’ve definitely slowed down – here’s a helpful link I found, outlining some recent research on diet sodas.
