Since I am doing my pediatric rotation, I thought it would be fun to have a section in my newsletter specifically for children throughout this month. So, if you have a healthy kid’s recipe, a fun party or game idea, or any other tips you’d like to share, send them to me at: [email protected] and I’ll include your ideas.
Today’s ideas are from some info I’ve put together for one of my rotations!

Great Kids Links: The Dole Kid’s website is one of the best resources I’ve found for healthy games, coloring pages, stories, and information on fruits and vegetables. I enjoy looking at the different fruits and vegetables highlighted on their site and reading about how these foods can make me healthy and strong. The recipe and info above came from this great website, so check it out!
