We all know that drinking too much coffee is not healthy for us. Excess coffee can make you jittery, feel dehydrated, and in the end maybe even make you feel more tired. While a cup or two per day has some actual health benefits, I have a tendency to have drunk that much by 7am! But, this cold weather makes me still want something warm to drink.
