Sun-Dried Tomato and Garlic Dip

Sun-Dried Tomato and Garlic Dip

1 tub (8 ounces) fat-free cream cheese spread
1/2 cup fat-free or reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (preferably packed in water), drained and chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate until service.
Serve with whole wheat crackers or fresh vegetables.
