2 cups low-fat or fat-free milk
2 cups freshly brewed coffee, chilled
Sugar substitute to taste
Stir together 1 cup milk and 1 cup coffee. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight or until frozen solid.
Pour remaining milk into 2 tall glasses. Add sugar substitute to taste, then mix in half of the prepared ice cubes to each glass.

Can also add: Regular or sugar-free chocolate or caramel syrup, or make using chocolate milk instead of regular milk.
