Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1 stick butter, softened
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, beat butter, honey, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla until fluffy. Stir in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add oats and raisins and stir to combine.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
