We absolutely love this Orange Salad recipe! It is definitely on our menu for next Thursday!
8 oz lite whipped topping, thawed
1 small box sugar free orange gelatin
1 can (10 oz) mandarin oranges in juice, drained
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
½ cup chopped pecans
Dissolve orange gelatin in whipped topping. Mix in other ingredients and refrigerate overnight to set.
