Quick Fruit Dessert

For a quick and easy dessert with not too many calories, try slicing your favorite fruit (peaches, apples, berries, pears, etc) into a bowl and sprinkling with a Cinnamon and Splenda mixture. Let stand while it makes its own juice (about 10-15 minutes). Top with a little granola and a scoop of low-fat ice cream or whipped topping. Enjoy!
