Just yesterday I read a surprising and interesting article on the “Caramel Color” ingredient so often found in sodas. I wanted to pass along the information, as it seems very important to realize. Who knew that “Caramel Color” is also called ammonia-sulfite process caramel and its byproducts are not healthy for us?
