Spiced Pecans

Spiced Pecans

1 egg white

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon water

1/3 teaspoon salt

1 pound pecans

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Beat egg white and water with a fork until frothy. Add pecans and coat. Mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Put pecans in mixture and coat them well. Place in a buttered pan and bake at 200° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
