2 10-ounce packages frozen chopped spinach
¼ cup butter
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp seasoned salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 cup milk
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp chopped onion
Thaw spinach and drain well, patting out moisture with paper towels. Combine eggs and butter. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper, stirring well. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Stir in spinach, cheese, and onion.
Bake in lightly greased 13 X 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cut into squares.
