Spring-Time Sandwiches

4 slices ciabatta bread
2 tablespoons light sour cream
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 ounces black forest ham
2 ounces pepper jack cheese
8 slices avocado
4 slices tomato
Lettuce

Combine lime juice, sour cream, and pepper. Spread over bread slices. Top with ham, cheese, avocado, tomato, and lettuce.

Place second piece of bread on top and enjoy!

NOTE: You can easily substitute the ciabatta bread for rye bread, whole wheat bread, or rolls. The ham and cheese combination can also be changed to turkey and Swiss, smoked ham and cheddar, etc.
