It seems that every product on the market these days has some “healthy” benefit it’s pushing. Whether this is in reaction to America’s health crisis or just a marketing scheme, we as consumers must choose to keep ourselves informed to save money.

Probiotics are a very interesting subject. Foods (i.e. yogurt, etc) that offer live, healthy bacteria are good for your intestinal system and your overall health. But, the bacteria traditionally found in yogurt is now found in all kinds of foods, including muffins, juices, and pizza.
